Current setting: BADMAIL ADD [reason]

Suggestion: BADMAIL ADD <action:kill/akill/ignore/notice oper> [reason]

Reason: I got so many drone flooding services with nick register command, although i set their email as badmail i still need to akill one by one. With "action" drone/user who try to flood services can get kill or akill
