Bug: Clicking Email Support does not redirect to the Email app

Describe the bug

Currently, (on Pixel 7), clicking on Email support (in Help menu) does not redirect to the Email app.

Possible Fix (as tested):

• Found a relevant issue: Linking.canOpenURL(url) returns false in a context where Linking.openURL(url) works facebook/react-native#32311
• Upon implementing the fix mentioned in that issue in AndroidManifest.xml, it redirects to the Gmail app as expected

Reproduce

Go to Settings > Help > Click on "Email support"
