DAG run without tasks

Hi all,
I'm facing an interesting problem. I have a DAG which is triggered by a DataSet. Sometimes the DAG run is planned but without the tasks. The run is in success state, without any problem, without any log and without any tasks :(.

The DAG, which has the task generating the Dataset event, ran correctly, the Dataset event exists, referencing the empty DAG run and so on. Everything seemed to be perfect, but the data was not processed.

Do you have an idea of what the cause is?
It is version 2.9.0.
