Description

Unable to input/use https://cf-ipfs.com subdomain gateway.

Found while testing #16999.

Steps to Reproduce

1. new profile
2. launch Brave
3. load brave://settings/ipfs
4. click on the Change button
5. enter https://cf-ipfs.com/ and click Submit

Actual result:

Invalid gateway address error message is returned.

Expected result:

It should accept and use https://cf-ipfs.com as stable 1.28.105 does.

iiuc options are:

• cloudflare "safelists" gateway check done by Brave (request for a small CID), or..
• Brave opens captcha screen in a new tab, and repeats the test after page navigates away to the desired payload

@thibault thoughts from Cloudflare side, which option you prefer?
I think safelisting the test CID is better UX but lmk if it is feasible on your end (@spylogsster can provide you with the CID we use for gateway test)

This seems to work fine on 1.48.24 with Kubo 0.16.0 and 1.47.107 with Kubo 0.17.0

@cypt4 thoughts on improving error reporting here?

Are we able to detect Cloudflare's captcha and open test request in new tab? Or maybe show error suggesting https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/privacy-pass/ajhmfdgkijocedmfjonnpjfojldioehi?
Sounds feasible or too complex?
