a concept of favorite is needed

As with hoster some kind of favoriting mechanism would be useful to track those tanks that the current user doesn't own but might like to go back to frequently. Obviously this could be done with browser bookmarks but if kept in tank they would survive between machines and such.

A simple command would work, the result of which would be adding the name of the thing (tank or comp) to a tiddler in the data tank.
