Allows user to use the ROS environment in c9.io IDE. Installs ROS and VNC software to allow desktop to be viewed from web browser.
Installs ROS Indigo Igloo on Ubuntu 14.04
Run ./install.sh in the directory to install.
Run created runc9vnc.sh to starts the VNC window and go to the URL supplied.
