In iPad: The APP freeze when capturing a photo from camera

When gettin a new photo from camera the APP freeze.

Notes: This issue occurs only when running on iPad (iOs versions 11.4.1 and 12.0 tested).
The same APP published on Apple Store runs correctely on iPhones (tested on iPhone 6s on same iOs versions 11.4.1 and 12.0).

The bug occurs only when capturing a new Photo from camera (when we get an image from gallery the APP runs correctly).
