We need an overhaul of the whole getting started portion in the developer guide

Did a lot of work on this. Todo:

Migrate https://shannah.github.io/codenameone-maven-manual/ to the guide
Fix images and instructions for the iOS certificate wizard
Fix build and install sections to point at Control Center and maven builds
Make CSS appear before the designer tool section or remove the designer tool section altogether (we will need to keep some of the clarifications there).
