Issue Description

There is a long thread here, but the main point is that we need to make sure that this claim at least triggered an email:

Steve looked at the sidekiq job and found this:

Tasks

  • - Determine if the saved claim ever triggered an email.
  • - If not, we'll need to handle this.
  • - Follow up in the original thread
