Source code from various repos is missing license header

Issue Description

We have a number of source files from the library and registry-support repos that are missing the license header. There may be other repos affected. Once identified, they will be added to the following list:

• library Add license headers library#145
• registry-support License updates registry-support#140
• devfile-web Add license headers and license checks to source files in devfile-web  #946
• integration-tests Add license headers and license checks to source files in integrations-test #947
