Helm Apps takes a lot of time to fetch chart values most of the times

Describe the bug

Whenever we open any deployed helm app for some changes to update and deploy, it takes a lot longer these days to fetch chart values

To Reproduce

1. Deploy a helm app from any chart
2. Deploy some more apps from the same chart
3. Try to open any helm app deployed from same chart at random times

Expected behavior

It shouldn't take much time to fetch all chart values and Update and Deploy button should be available without taking much time

Current behavior

It's taking much longer to fetch all chart values and Update and Deploy button is not available until then and user is blocked if he immediately wants to deploy a fix
