Summary

Exposing Postgres Stats Data which would help in analysing postgres db state.

Motivation

We can expose the postgres metrics & set alarms whenever DB fragmentation space increases or query performance degraded.

Proposal

Enabling Pg stats which don't has huge impact on performance and exposing them on Grafana through Prometheus.
