📜 Description

We have blocked deployment images with critical vulnerabilities on cluster/environment level and allowed for a specification application to fix our microservice quickly. But afterward when we tried to block again for the same application but were not able to do so.

👟 Reproduction steps

  1. Block deployment for images with critical vulnerabilities on cluster/env level.
  2. Allow for specific applications.
  3. Now again try to block this application.

👍 Expected behavior

After allowing for a specific application user should be able to block the application again.

👎 Actual Behavior

User is not able to block the application again after allowing it once.
