📜 Description

On updating the App-level security policy for an environment it gets updated for all environments same as that of the updated environment.

👟 Reproduction steps

  1. Block all deployment for critical vulnerability global/env level.
  2. Now try to allow for a specific app in a specific environment.
  3. it will update for all environment

👍 Expected behavior

It should only update on the specific environment of the application.

👎 Actual Behavior

For now, it updates all the environments of the application.environments
