Bookmarks should not obstruct the trace

Feature Description:

I really like bookmarks and use them frequently, however they tend to get in the way of the trace making it difficult to read, especially if we overlay bookmarks of odd colors. Perhaps it would be better to have it in the background.

Thanks for the suggestion. You can also lower the alpha when creating the bookmark to make it more transparent. This will make it less distracting.

You could also disable them when not needed using the view menu Show Markers -> Bookmarks (uncheck it).
