phyml :: which version to use

Hello,

while trying ete-3.1.2 command line tools I noticed that release archive for external tools https://github.com/etetoolkit/ext_apps/archive/refs/tags/latest.tar.gz

provides 2 different versions of phyml

one in ext_apps-latest/src/phyml-20120412-patched
wich is

rpm_maker:ete/ete-3.1.2 > ./ext_apps-latest//src/phyml-20120412-patched/src/phyml --version 

. This is PhyML version 20160115.

and one in ext_apps-latest/src/pmodeltest/bin
which is

rpm_maker:ete/ete-3.1.2 > ./ext_apps-latest//src/pmodeltest/bin/phyml -h | grep PhyML
	- PhyML v3.0_360-500M - 

which one to use ?

I guess 20160115 as it's the one installed in $HOME/.etetoolkit/ext_apps-latest/bin
