dicom2nii_batch_tool

A simple tool to batch processing conversion of dcm images to nii images using dcm2nii.exe. (Windows Only) Any question please contact wuzhengx at stanford dot edu

Steps

Make sure you have python installed
Install git
git clone https://github.com/frankaging/dicom2nii_batch_tool.git
open configuration file and follow the steps to configure
run python dicom2nii.py
