Objective

Figure out exactly what's wrong with the signed script proxy execution PBA.

@shreyamalviya tried signed script proxy execution with 2 completely new Windows machines, one 64-bit (left) and one 32-bit:

But it worked on a 64-bit machine for @ilija-lazoroski.

Scope

• Find what's causing this and be able to reliably reproduce it.
• Find any other weird behaviour with this PBA and open issues.

Time boxed to 1d.

An issue that specifies exactly what's happening and how to reproduce it reliably, and issues for any other unexpected behaviour.

Can't reproduce this for some reason.
Tried with Windows 10 Pro (the same machine as before as well as a newly created one) and a new Windows 10 Enterprise machine. Tried latest binaries and v1.11.0.

Closing this for now but we better keep an eye out for this.
