Add an environment check to Monkey so Island knows where Monkeys are running

As part of #519 we need to know which Cloud environments Monkeys have been on.

Describe the solution you'd like
Each Monkey should check if it's on cloud or not, and report back to the Island via Telemetry. This shouldn't be a part of the systeminfo telemetry since it's too bloated already.
