[feature] Please post releasenotes with a new release

I have to shutdown and restart my VM on Unraid running HA (because otherwise ZHA won't start again, annoying). So installing a new release is cumbersome because of the HA restarts.

Please post releasenotes when you put a new release out. It helps us decide if we need to install it or can wait.

While you're at it, maybe only release a new release when you can bundle some changes. The other day we had a new release that only had a minor change in the readme....

Apart from these minor grievances, keep up the good work! Glad someone is picking this plugin up again!
