I seem to be having a hard time getting JSM to install inside of Jira Core. Either the "try now" or the manual upload, it just gives a progress bar and hangs. How can we get JSM installed inside of this Jira Core build?

I use jsm with jira-software (couldn't help with jira core)- jsm'll install 30-40 min and jira won't work while it installing. maybe you can install jira software before will installing jsm?

there is a issue with jira-10.0.0 when i install jira ervice management from https://your-jira-link/plugins/servlet/applications/versions-licenses , app gets restart and restart .

@cruchhrust Jira Core is a server only licence - and server licences are not accepted anymore.
Generate a jira software licence (-D flag) as well for a DC licence and you'll be fine.
