Update configure-gnome Playbook for Fedora 30+

When I was playing around with Silverblue 30, I learned that some of the dbus functions don't work any more because of some bus swapping in the new Fedora version. I think I was using an actual Ansible module that wasn't working, so I'll have to see if that module gets updated with the new version or if I need to figure out a different method.
