Corrupted files after forced restart

My computer suddenly stopped working while I had ink open. I had time to save my files, but had to force a restart. When I tried opening the files again, instead of the text, it only showed red dots. This happened not only on the two files I had open, but also on the ones I hadn't that were on the same folder. The files are not empty, it still shows the original KB, so is there a way I can recover them?
