Build for Android 9

Hello,

I am using a Boox Note 2 reader, and I would love to see Capy there.
However it does not allow me to install.
Do you think it is possible to branch/build for Android 9? Or is it too much work?

I've thought about it from time to time. There were major changes with time, permissions and media APIs between Android 9 and Android 11 which is Capy's current minimum. Backporting to Android 9 would require some rework to get there. So it's definitely possible, but more work than I can handle right now.

That said, if you (or anyone reading this) can find the missing pieces for Android 9 and open a pull request, I'd gladly include it in the mainline build.
