Callback manually adjusted shoreline

I have manually adjusted thousands of shorelines, taking several hours. After I finished this task the script says that I have only mapped 4% of L5. How do I find all the adjusted shorelines and proceed with the script?

in your outputs.pkl all the adjusted shorelines are saved. Make a copy somewhere to make sure that it is not overwritten.
You can process with loading the output.pkl and computing intersections
