Make post form attachments accessible (misskey-dev#14666)

* fix(frontend): Make post form attachments accessible

Adds a role="button", tabindex, and @keydown to MkPostFormAttaches in
order to make it accessible to keyboard users.

* Fix for linter

* Add spacing in type signature
