Bltouch 3.1 Not working

This has probably been asked hundreds of times but I need a full break down on how to fix it I own a Fokoos Odin F5 and want to add a Bltouch to it I plug it in and all that and it just turns the fans on but no screen I try to flash a software on it but dont think its working I was told it could be a defective board so im asking directly if you guys have any ways to fix it please let me know.
