Persist open folders across sessions

Feature

The user should be able to opt in to persisting the last open directory (per integrated terminal / directory list component) across sessions. This should be opt in so users who don't want to have a record of their directory names won't.

• Last open directory persisted according to configuration (default to not persisted)
• Stored directory used on startup if configured
• Home directory used if last open folder can no longer be successfully opened
