Summary

related: #14210
環境によって全角の英数字/記号が出やすいですが、わざわざカスタム絵文字のタグに全角対応を追加するのはかなり微妙であるため。

完全に動作してるわけではないんだけどこんな実装がある

仮名統一も良さそうですね…

と思ったら、過去の私が似たようなissueを開いていたので半角全角も含めてそちらに移動します!
