Motivation
I am trying to run a CI pipeline on windows-latest targeting x86.
Proposal
Releases should include an x86 version, not just x86_64.
Alternatives
It might be possible to emulate 64-bit on a 32 bit architecture in a CI... or build this myself inside the CI... both of these options are pretty bad, I don't consider either of them viable.
