Hello. I'm using Windows 7 machine with wampserver64 installed, and after installing version 3.0.6, various problems were observed. I updated the software to version 3.0.8, and this is what happened during the installation. Here you can see that everything is going well, and all versions of the software environment are reflected.

But since I use Windows 7, I used the task scheduler of this operating system, and added the execution of the scheduler.php file there, and in order to see the result, I executed the process manually through the command line. And here's what I got in response.

I suspect that the code was not correctly interpreted, I changed it to php 8.2, I got another error when I tried to access index.php

I checked, in the PHP settings, the default_charset = "UTF-8" setting

As a result of this problem, the process of generating TRPs for users does not end. Please tell me what can be done?
