NeoFS SEARCH V2 was released in https://github.com/nspcc-dev/neofs-node/releases/tag/v0.45.0. With the new API we can get ordered results with object attributes available right in the search result without additional requests.

We need to migrate both upload-bin and NeoFS BlockFetcher service to the new API, see also #3656 and #3707.

Blocked by NeoFS Mainnet upgrade to v0.45.0

i recommend to upgrade NeoFS SDK to v1.0.0-rc13 (it's about to happen https://github.com/nspcc-dev/neofs-sdk-go/milestone/8)
