[Platform] fix to factory reset button behavior with infineon examples

Reproduction steps

With a recent code update, the factory reset button press has to be 200ms or less to be acted on.  The intent was that the button press should be at least 200ms to be acted on.  And that should really be 30ms instead.

Currently, if you quickly tap the button, the factor reset will start.  If you press and hold it for even a split second, it will not start.

The automated testing doesn't vary the amount of time that a button is pressed. This is more of a "user experience" issue.
