[Platform] [Nordic] ProductLabel and PartNumber cannot be placed into the factory data

Reproduction steps

1. Optional attributes ProductLabel and PartNumber are not yet supported by the Nordic factory data scripts
2. The values are taken from zap.

The fix does not yet use the factory data in the Basic Information cluster, but the data can be picked up later, if it is available in the factory data.
