Image.ANTIALIAS dropped from Pillow 10

The old ones were deprecated in #5954 and released in Pillow 9.1.0 in April 2022 (https://pillow.readthedocs.io/en/stable/releasenotes/9.1.0.html#deprecations), and removed in #7059 in 10.0.0 this month.

It's listed in CHANGES as

CHANGES acts as a simple overview, while the release notes provides more detailed information.

And to be clear for anyone else reading this,

• both CHANGES and the release notes are part of the source tarball
• Image.ANTIALIAS has been removed, but you can use Image.LANCZOS or Image.Resampling.LANCZOS instead.
