Nightly CI is failing for a couple of reasons.

The recent Qiskit 1.2.0 has a bug that affects the unit tests here around the Initialiaze library object. This will be addressed/fixed in Qiskit 1.2.1 via this PR

Fix Initialize.gates_to_uncompute method Qiskit/qiskit#12976

There are some failing tests, as often happens with the data providers due to changes in the data source over time (maybe compaction etc of older data is the reason).
