rand 0.5.0 switched the default thread_rng to HC-128 (see https://github.com/rust-random/rand/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md), which is more suitable as a CSPRNG (see discussion dhardy/rand#53).

This crate should pin to a more recent version that includes the improved CSPRNG.
