TcpSocketListener.ConnectionReceived not working on Android emulator #142

I use TcpSocketListener.ConnectionReceived.
It works on an Android device.
Same app does not work on a VS Android emulator; the event doesn't get fired.
I tried port forwarding with both telnet and adb, but no result.
Any idea ?
