UI Becomes Unresponsive When Minimized To Tray And Paused

When configured to run as a Tray application, if the music is paused and then the UI is minimized to the tray for an extensive period of time (approx 5 minutes though this seems to be inconsistent), once restored the UI will either be frozen or all white. Hot-spots for buttons still appear and you can even interact with them - click events and resize events fire and work, but the visuals do not. The Context Menu for the tray icon viewmodel also ceases to appear.

This issue does not seem to exist with long-pauses if the tray-icon approach is abandoned.
