I'll start. I'm Scott Guthridge, author of libvna. This project is a work-in progress at this point but will ultimately provide python bindings for libvna. This effort isn't really meant to compete with scikit-rf, though we do have a lot of overlap. Perhaps there is opportunity for collaboration.

Starting with version 0.1.0, the library is stable, and from here out, will make every effort to maintain compatibility between versions, i.e. will avoid any incompatible interface changes other than fixing bugs / unintended behavior.
