Search for two or more terms in any order

Not sure if this would be a new idea, or if I've missed something in the documentation.
Is there a way to search for a file that contains two or more terms in any order?

Example file list:

• Blue bear.txt
• Green grass.txt
• Blue water green grass.txt
• Lime green pie pale blue sky.txt

Would like to be able have both of the last two files returned, but not the first or second.
I tried using a look ahead/behind with regex but got an error.
Search returns some source code references to --fixed-strings but cannot find anything in docs about what these are or how to use them. Globs remove the look ahead behind stuff from regex.

fd.exe "(?=.*blue)(?=.*green)" /some/path
[fd error]: regex parse error:
    (?=.*blue)(?=.*green)
    ^^^
error: look-around, including look-ahead and look-behind, is not supported

Note: You can use the '--fixed-strings' option to search for a literal string instead of a regular expression. Alternatively, you can also use the '--glob' option to match on a glob pattern.
