For testing vsock support, a fork of peertracker was made, with some changes.

We need to:

- Make a new repo under github.com/spiffe/peertracker with the original code.
- Contribute the vsock code to it.
- Update the code to point at github.com/spiffe/peertracker.
- Remove the peertracker code here.
