Will disabling the user agent and timezone hamper security?

If this is the case, is there an efficient to restore integrity. Potentially using cookies? It seems user agents changes too easily. I want to make sure the data is secure but not too secure that we lose track of it. If need be, I'm sure changing the timezone on the device manually will fix any data loss issues there but I don't see a way of avoiding that with user agents.
