Thanks for sharing this incredible work!

We are keen on leveraging some of the training data from your model to enhance our project. However, upon downloading the data, I encountered several files and am uncertain about the specific ones that are pertinent for training a generative model. I am particularly puzzled about the roles and distinctions between the following files:

• Uniprot_0_25_train
• Uniprot_0_25_test
• Uniprot_0_25_val
• unlabelled_negative
• unlabelled_positive
• veltri_negative
• veltri_positive

Could you please provide some guidance on the appropriate usage of these files for model training purposes (for example, data for training a generative model like VAE)?
