Location of the actual XDF standard (http://www.tdwg.org/standards/108) itself is unknown

As noted in the comment for the XDF descriptive document (http://rs.tdwg.org/xdf/doc/) in the dataset, the document linked as the accessUrl (https://doi.org/10.1016/0895-7177(92)90163-F) doesn't actually seem to be the normative standard itself, but rather a published article about the standard. Reference 16 cites the standard, but notes: "(available from R.J. White) (to appear)." I didn't see the document anywhere in the prior standards repo. Does TDWG actually have a copy of it anywhere? @peterdesmet
