[Enhancement]: Add Kafka support to Azure Event Hubs module

Problem

According to @krishankumar95's comment, the Azure Event Hubs module supports Kafka. To unblock the initial module PR: #1342, we have decided to integrate the module without Kafka support. If anyone requires Kafka support or is willing to contribute to this, it would be greatly appreciated.
