Not much can be done there as this is just a problem with the data provided by the Ordnance Survey.

Section 6 of the ONS Postcode Directory Guide:

No grid references are provided for postcodes in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

I'm not aware of any free datasets that provide this data. You may have to take a look at the commercial options. Alternatively if your needs square with the TOS for Google Maps.
