Making the events page a page model in wagtail

This would allow us to add new api endpoints and ical files and configure the categorization and hiding more easily. Instead of having to push code for simple changes (changing the categorization policy for certain event tags) we could just edit and republish the page. The wp-api event pages are already categorized through a consistent structure so this would be easiest for them.
