matforge css is hammer-headed

Fixed width style of matforge is obnoxious. Trac is not linked anywhere.

Overrode the width with

<style type="text/css">
body {width: 95%;}
</style>

in and added the Trac footer in fipy/templates/project.html.

Better for Matforge to fix it properly.
