Unable to install veloedit

Tried to install veloedit to eclipse via the marketplace and install new software option but got the following error message both times ...

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed session context was:(profile=C__Users_Username_eclipse_javascript-2019-09_eclipse, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=). I am using eclipse version 2019-09 R (4.13.0) and was trying to install veloedit 1.0.9

Perhaps you had a bad download, or a proxy server which delivered the wrong binary to you. Try it again; I haven't had any problems installing Veloedit, including back when you had to install the "old plug-ins plug-in" :)
